In addition to speaking, Bob is the Founder and President of Life! Promotions - a non-profit youth organization located in Appleton, Wisconsin with a mission to build bridges to youth through authentic, relevant and relational-based programs and events.  Bob has spoken in 49 states over the past twenty years, and is a member of the National Speakers Association.  Throughout his career, Bob has teamed up with School Districts, Student Councils, SADD, MADD, PTA, Beta Club, DECCA, FHA, 4-H, and many other organizations that have an interest in effectively reaching teens with a relevant message.   In addition to speaking professionally, Bob has served as the Director of a non-profit counseling center, hosted a radio program, and founded two annual youth events that bring as many as 17,000 teens and adults together for a time of music and positive messages.  Although speaking is a great privilege for Bob, his first commitment is to his family.  His wife Carol and five children are a source of great joy and unending examples of committed love.
