Dear Friend of Youth,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your chosen profession, because by the nature of it you show that you care about people. That makes us peas from the same pod. It is a privilege to be able to instill hope in today's youth. We do not know the impact that our investment will make in their lives and in all the lives each of theirs will touch. With huge hopes, we throw our pebbles into the pond of their lives. I would consider it an honor to come along side you in your efforts to see each of these students become all that they can be.

YOUTH
Sadly, youth are settling for less. You've seen it in the sunken face of a freshman who is starving herself, the athlete who got kicked off the team again for drinking, the promiscuous girl searching for love in the wrong places, or the class president who fooled everyone into thinking he had it together, until he attempted suicide.

Then there are the students caught up in circumstances beyond their control: the student who doesn't have anyone to sit with at lunch, the one who confided in you that his grades have been slipping ever since his parents' divorce, and the girl who misses school and returns with unexplained bruises. They need encouragement to keep going. They need someone to let them know they matter.

RESULTS
Tiffany loves life and with an artist's heart hopes to encourage others to embrace the mystery of both joy and pain to paint a positive future. She captures the audience's attention from the moment she steps on stage and is a natural at lifting audience inhibition. Teachers accustomed to yawns and blank stares during assembly programs are often surprised to see teenage boys and girls literally jumping out of their seats to participate in her interactive presentations.

RESOURCES
- A youth oriented band, illusionist or entertainer is scheduled whenever possible to enhance the environment of the assembly. The fun atmosphere cultivates willing listeners. These opening acts have been chosen for their commitment to encourage youth in making positive choices.
- Follow-up materials are made available to school faculty for use in a classroom setting, to foster further discussion on the speaker's presentation.
- Follow-up correspondence with a trained staff member is also made available to youth to allow them additional opportunities to seek advice or encouragement.
- For more than 10 years Tiffany has spoken at numerous youth events, schools, festivals, camps, district conferences, leadership training sessions and conventions, recently including the keynote address at the PRIDE National Conference and the National Conference for Youth to Youth International.
