Download a format below, add your own info and pictures through Microsoft Word, or just write on a printed copy and make enough photo copies to distribute to those in your community, including church bulletins, bag stuffers at stores or as a flyer. Do you have a local book store? Sometimes they are willing to include them as bag inserts or display them on their counter.
Press Release
Download a press release from below, fill in your own info, and print it on your letterhead to distribute to local media outlets. Suggestions include, newspapers, television stations, chamber of commerce, area churches and radio stations (both mainstream and Christian).
Radio Public Service Announcement
Download the Microsoft Word text and fill in your own info. E-mail that along with the pre-recorded radio MP3 to local radio stations. Radio stations can add your specific event info to the end of the pre-recorded spot. They are often willing to play these PSA's to fill unsold time slots.

Add the event to your own website, make t-shirts to promote the event, put the event info on community billboards, or school and church signs. Schedule Bob for a radio interview! Invite TV crews! Paint you cars! Be creative and have FUN!
